Wine Professional takes place from 11 to 13 January 2027 at RAI Amsterdam, in the Europa Foyers and Diamond Lounge. This exclusive trade fair focuses on quality wine, fine food, gastronomy, hospitality and the wine trade.
The product range includes quality wines, champagne, spirits, sherry and sake, alongside fine food such as cheeses, charcuterie, bread, oysters, lobster and caviar. Espresso is also represented. The programme features wine education and trends, tastings, masterclasses, wine-food pairing sessions and presentations.
Wine Professional is designed for decision-makers and professionals in top gastronomy, wine retail, hospitality and related sectors. Its audience includes wine professionals working in restaurants and specialist wine shops. Exhibitors comprise national and international wine importers, producers, fine-food suppliers and related businesses. Approximately 100 exhibitors and 150 participants are expected.
Visitors can explore wines and fine-food products while attending professional sessions focused on tasting, education and gastronomy. The combination of product presentation and structured masterclasses supports professionals evaluating wines, food products and pairing concepts for their businesses.
